Ethiopia: Addis Ababa Condominiums |

 As it may be for other Countries, we all know that in Ethiopia the Land belongs to the Government. It has the full power on it. At any time, the authorities are in a fit state to implement some projects, such as construction of roads, official buildings, etc…it does it without any pity, even tough the land is occupied by a private landowner.There are almost three years ago since the Government has started making a lot of buildings commonly called “Condominium” in Addis Ababa. Now the Capital City is plenty of it.
The Condominium is growing as Mushroom. With regard to the authorities, the presence of Condominium is going to facilitate the accommodations of many people. As you may know, life in the Capital City is always very expensive, specially the cost of the house. Every body is not capable to afford it. We realize that there are a lot of rural exoduses, which means a lot of people are leaving the villages and want to live in the Capital City or Towns. That movement influences a lot the life of people. Life becomes very hard if there is no good job. Mostly in accommodations level, owing to those constructions of Condominiums, we are capable to read the Joy of some people from their faces. We congratulate the Government on accomplishing that type of project.
Let us keep on praying and working because The Almighty God is always on our side!
